Sound Opinions, the World's ONLY Rock and Roll talk show launched its first show on Chicago Public Radio, with hosts Jim DeRogatis and Greg Kot, on December 3rd, 2005 at 7 p.m.
I used to catch snatches of it on Saturday mornings, either when I was driving to work or driving home from trouble. Their banter amuses me.

Ah yes, it is a good show....but it is no Cosmic Slop. Cosmic Slop is no more...but thankfully Chuck and Joel both live down the block from me and both wait at the same bus stop as me, so I get to hear, and participate in, their witty geek banter. Oh music geeks, be still my heart.
I'll be sure and look for the time it airs on my local NPR station.
