G.P.A. Madness

My high school GPA was 2.9

My undergrad GPA was 3.2

My Graduate GPA looks like it's going to be 3.91

I am becoming so smart it is unbelieavable. Also, I jogged my farthest distance today. Next week, I run for the US senate.

You cannot fuck with this band!

The idea of you roaming free, in a post-MFA intellectual high is a little scary, but I am sure you will accomplish great things.

How far did you run? Did you make it to the corner?

I think it was nine minutes of running. But I lose all concept of time when I run. I discovered that if I did not stop running, I could keep running farther.

Where is everyone today? Living their stupid lives?

Please.

If I did run for senate, my platform would be based on free nachos for everyone, increased funding for libraries, and teachers who teach shit and stuff, and everyone would get that new universal healthcare they're about to pass in Mass. Oh, and pot would be legal but headsets would be manditory for cell phones in cars. And everyone would have to take cell phone manners classes.

Living stupid lives is about it. Travel prep stuff like getting cash, a haircut, and airplane entertainment (books). I also bought 5 movies. :)

Like the platform. Not sure I want ALL my students to be potheads, though....

I like that Onion article about it being okay if you have a job and smoke pot. paraphrase quote: English professors, lawyers, and young urban professionals, you're not the problem! It's the slackers who don't work that misuse pot!

I would impose an age restriction of 18 on pot. Pot and voting seem to go well together....

Movies are awesome!

Nine minutes is impressive David. I have also found that if I didn't sit on the couch, I could have ran further.

FYI- Our papers are back at the GLS house. No grades, you have to look those up yourself.
